Dr Leo Kah Woon is a MOH-accredited plastic surgeon in Singapore with over a decade of eyelid and eye bag surgery experience. A Fellow of the Academy of Medicine Singapore (Plastic Surgery), Dr Leo first completed his advanced surgical training in plastic surgery at the Singapore General Hospital, graduating as the top candidate of his cohort.

Dr Leo possesses rich expertise in a variety of modern eyelid and eye bag surgery techniques - including scarless double eyelid surgery – having honed his skills in cosmetic surgery under the well-known Dr Peter Neligan at the University of Washington.

As an experienced eyelid surgeon with an in-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, Dr Leo believes in tailoring the blepharoplasty procedure for each individual, in order to give patients the most alluring yet natural-looking pair of eyes.
